Lane Sales came to us looking for a company to provide fast response time regarding IT Support, and the confidence in knowing they had a fully managed disaster recovery plan including offsite backup. The driving force behind seeking us out was to ensure support of their server, network and workstations in a timely manner.
We rebuilt their network and hardware infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Server technology to allow local and remote access to their data and resources. We migrated all their data and software from Server 2008 R2 to Server 2012 R2 and upgraded all workstations as well as managed 2 warehouses with VPN connecting the 2 sites for easy access to database and server resources.
