Firstly, the Lunarstorm IT team performed an audit to determine how best to improve the Wellington Chiropractic & Wellness Group’s tech. We recommended and decided on a server upgrade for their patient portal to ensure better security for confidential patient information and usability for the staff. We continue to provide IT Consulting services and support to their office as needed.
One of the challenges that many of our new clients face is not having secure backups for their information. The Lunarstorm team fixed Wellington Chiropractic’s backups, upgraded their network and wi-fi services to increase speed and coverage throughout the office, and upgraded their server.
